Drill pinless style bridges with ease and accuracy with the ELEVATE Pinless Bridge Drilling Jig.  The jig’s tilting table allows you to set the angle of the string holes with the turn of a knob.  The steel drill plates give you multiple options for string spacings and ensures you’re drilling string holes in a straight line.  *Fits most bridges/blanks up to 1.5″ wide.

Description

I purchased the Pinless Bridge Drilling Jig to replace my own shop-built, non-adjustable, used and worn and needing to be recreated drilling jig. I even had a specific custom requirement that ELEVATE was willing to accommodate for a very reasonable fee. The tool is well thought out and works exactly as described, ensuring the accurate placement and drilling of the string holes.

I’m a big fan of pinless bridges for acoustic guitars and my first few attempts were less successful than I was aiming for because of tool limitations… not to mention wasting good material. No matter how careful I was, how well I thought I had set up my bridge blank in the vise, adjust for cutting angle, the results were not satisfactory. Then I got the ELEVATE Pinless Bridge Drilling Jig. It was a dramatic improvement in process – after a few practice runs, I was able to dial in exactly the angle,  entry and  exit location of the string path for my desired break angle and my pinless bridges turn out as I design them to. The ELEVATE jig is a wonderful tool and one of my favorites!
