All unique ELEVATE tools/jigs are warrantied against manufacturer defect. Items manufactured by other companies such as router bits, drill bits, sandpaper, etc. are subject to that manufacturer’s warranty. Damage to ELEVATE items caused by normal use, failure of non-ELEVATE manufactured items, user error, workshop mishaps, etc. is not covered by ELEVATE’s warranty. It is the user’s responsibility to confirm that all power tools, accessory bits, etc. are in good working order and that all set screws are tight, bits are clean and sharp, workholding is safe and secure, etc. before using them with an ELEVATE tool/jig.

6- Why no fancy boxes or packaging?
ELEVATE is dedicated to operating with a low carbon footprint and offering high quality products at competitive pricing. Most packaging used is recyclable or reusable. Discardable boxes and packaging are avoided to help reduce the growing landfill issue and keep prices down.

Yes. When your order is completed, you’ll receive an email notification. At the bottom of that email will be tracking for your shipment.

No. Falsifying import/export documentation poses serious potential legal issues.

Orders that contain backordered items will ship when all items are in stock. You will be notified if there is a backorder of more than 2 weeks on any of your items.
