How long we retain your data
Contact information and information gathered from the ordering process is retained indefinitely.
What rights you have over your data
If you have used the contact form or placed an order, you can request to receive a copy of your personal data. You can also request that ELEVATE erases any of your retained personal data. This does not include any data ELEVATE is obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Your contact information
All personal data, including contact information and shipping information is only shared with ELEVATE. The exception being when you share your data with PayPal directly.
Your order Information
Your billing address, shipping address, name, email address, and any other information you elected to provide during checkout are collected during the ordering process. ELEVATE does not receive your payment processing data.
