- The item must be returned in new condition for a full refund (less merchant refund fee)
- Used router bits, drills, and cutters are non-returnable
- Buyer pays shipping
- Used items can only be returned with prior authorization. Used items must be in like-new condition and will receive a partial refund unless otherwise deemed defective. Refund amount is determined by the condition the items are in when returned to ELEVATE.
- All returns are subject to a 5% merchant refund fee
