Pinned Bridge Drilling Jig

The ELEVATE Pinned Bridge Drilling Jig simplifies the process of drilling holes for bridge pins and it can be used with a handheld drill or a drill press.  The jig consists of three main parts- the aluminum body, a fence, and a thick steel drill plate.  There are a set of points on the underside of the jig that correspond to the drill plate.  Each is marked with the appropriate spacing for easy alignment of the bridge in the jig.  Two knobs in the drill plate are used to clamp the bridge in place.  Once you’re bridge is aligned and secured, you’re ready to drill.  It’s that easy.

Don’t forget to use a sharp drill bit.  (sold separately)
